Schools inside the community, a pool inside the community, groceries inside the community, trails inside the community. For twenty-five years that promise held about ninety percent of the time. The thesis: a Park West summer weekend now runs door-to-door on neighborhood roads, and every ritual worth doing in July sits inside a three-mile radius of the Park West Boulevard roundabout.
