Park West was drawn up in the late 1990s around a single promise: a family could handle a normal week without ever turning onto Highway 17. Schools inside the community, a pool inside the community, groceries inside the community, trails inside the community. For twenty-five years that promise held about ninety percent of the time. In November 2025, one short road project quietly closed the last gap. July is the month you actually feel it.
The thesis: a Park West summer weekend now runs door-to-door on neighborhood roads, and every ritual worth doing in July sits inside a three-mile radius of the Park West Boulevard roundabout.
